Spoofing
1. An illegal practice in which an investor with a long position on a security makes a buy order for that security and immediately cancels it without filling the order. Spoofing tends to increase the price of that security as other investors may then issue their own buy orders, which increases the appearance of demand. FA not applicable here. my only guess is someone will be keen to hedge against loss in appeals court. buying Paragon shares makes sense because win will cause the share price to double (long time) in event Paragon gets award favour. RM18 million is lots of money. both parties are going to fight tooth and nail.

The company impossible get into pn17 because the company still hv business and trade debtor can serve the borrowing, beside the company properties hv yet revalue.

so reasonable marketing price i think is rm 0.8. this was the 2nd wave, 1st wave, 0.2 to 0.3, 2nd wave 0.3 to 0.5+-.
