The most important is the industry seems rosy to me. Nowadays I m kind of used to buy things from lazada n I find it is very convenient do you agree?

Tri-Mode System (M) Berhad (“Tri-Mode” or the “Company”) an integrated logistics service provider, today, 27 December 2019, had a ground breaking ceremony for its 12 acres new headquarter and distribution hub (the “HQ and Hub”) located on the Pulau Indah Industrial Park. The HQ and Hub which will consolidate its business operations under one roof; comprising three (3) main operation functions which includes four (4) storeys of new headquarter offices building, new modern warehouse building with a total build up area of 91,652 sq. ft. which is estimated to cater for 10,000-12,000 pallets and haulage operation hub with workshop, skid tank, office, canteen, recreation and rest area.



In line with its Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) plan set out in the prospectus dated 18 April 2018, the Company had planned to utilise RM15 million of the proceeds raised from the public issue for its HQ and Hub. Due to the initial proposed warehouse size of 50,000 to 55,000 sq. ft. (as stated in the IPO prospectus) has now increased to 91,652 sq. ft, the estimated total construction cost is RM26.0 million now. Hence, the remaining costs will be financed through internally generated funds and bank financing without additional cash call from the shareholders.



The HQ and Hub is targeted to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2020, which ultimately will enable Tri-Mode to centralise its operations where practicable to achieve cost savings, such as administration and operation costs savings.

Let's wait one more year see what will happen.I think is worth to buy below 0.33 this stock is high yield stock n I've been holding it since its listing n received their dividend yearly to me is not bad just the price is a bit disappointed but is good timing for us to collect I think it will shoot up is the matter of time only.

dun worry look at the volume is too small big share holders still holding tightly.Actually is those small share holder that causes the share price down so much I really hope those share holders that x confident in this counter q to sell all tmr let us sapu all ur stock.then all remains will be long term investors by that time I'm sure the share price will be more stable

Datuk Hew needs to engage the KAB or Widad operator...best in the market..this round.

@satha44, beside the news to construct headquarters recently, I did see any development from the company, but heard a lot of negative comment of the company..........like the director may pay with high remuneration rather than pay dividend to shareholders, their services is bad, majority of client based are low margin range,...etc.......

Above is what I heard ...... need to further clarify through monitor yearly annual report, but depend on how transparency are the report

Macc should check on the people who approved the listing at 61sens......documents presented to support such a high price...bursa should query listing price..

@satha44 : You can search with SSM for annual audit report prior to listing, if prior to listing director remuneration is high, but for listing purposes director temporary lower down their remuneration, so that can have higher valuation for IPO purposes.......was this involve cheating ...... ?

That y I said need boss to sapu those purposely put big volume that block it so that can sapu away all the ppl that no holding power.eventually only ppl wt holding power n then the price will be very stable.So simple to stable the price but I really dun understand y the bosses can't understand for them just spend some pocket money can stable the price already.Now ppl throw small qty the bosses whole wealth drop by 20%
