Titan i have sold too. looking to buy back when it is at weakness. 6-7% dividend is better than FD and with a potential of price appreciation. Well, it ponly happen once a blue moon and if manage to capitalise on that will give a good return. Wishing everyone here to continue to make good and safe money.

yuanlong57 Verbatim1969, I share similar view. Still retains UOA REIT, will buy some more in coming months when low price. UOA Reit consistently gives good dividend. Intend to give greater weightage to UOA Reit assets.

Polisman Market makers/Traders are testing the market. Similarly, they'll be willing to throw 100 units at significant drop in price to test the market. It's their game, usually on behalf of client or on behalf of themselves.

Polisman Oh by the way, 100 units is the lowest/minimum amount of shares to be traded. So with a pool of 100k or 200k units, throwing away 100 units to test the market is not a big deal, and might worth the risk.

Yippy68 buying reits at the lowest will ensure very low risk, i bought at 1.22 average, with dividend 9.11 %. i withdrew my FD to invest on UOA reit, now i could see the fruit.
