hng33 These was 7 year ago case, the legal case begin in 2012 to seek compensation. High court fixed at 36m and hohup already fully paid in 7 Mar 2014. But, zen court wanna more and again seek court appeal, but fails and dismiss. Zen court further appeals to Fed court later, and manage to get granted leave back to high court again. Now, high court revise the compensation to increase from 36m to 99m,

These time, instead, hohup will be appealing the High Court’s decision and the cycle will repeat again, to court of appeal and later to Fed court to take few more year.

Worse to the worse, few year later, if failed in Fed court, hohup only need to top up 64m to zen court as balance 36m already fully paid in 2014.

These amount of further compensation of just 64m is far smaller if compare to amount of profit to recognized from mall disposal 266m. As the progress billing on Pavillion mall already reach 40%, immediately after signing SPA, hohup will recognized 40% of 266m with balance on staggering based on progress construction till completion in Q1 2021.

hng33 Star paper publish and market over response to 7year ago legal case is far overdone. It is not final as the cycle will just repeat again from earlier first cycle since 2012 to 2019, now take another cycle from high court now, court of appeal later, and next Fed court again, take few more year again.

More importantly, these top up compensation of just 64m is far smaller than hohup 266m profit.

In additional to mall disposal for 266m profit and continue 18% profit derive from other part of Bukit Jalil development like the park and park residence worth GDV 1 billion, hohup now have 2 more NEW addition profit generator, kulai and Kota Kinabalu property development worth 1.8 billion + Upcoming ECRL new job catalyst.

market seem under response to good news (18% GDV on divestment mall for 1.45 billion or profit RM 266m to be recognized) once SPA unconditional, 40% profit will immediately recognized based to current progress construction, with balance profit staggering recognized in accord to construction progress until completion in Q1 2021)

hng33 Aside 18% profit entitlement in bukit jalin city development, hohup have now many more own project worth 1.8 billion such as in kota kinabalu, kulai, kuantan and also hohup own bukit jalin project Aurora Duo, a last duo 55 level residence tower next to bukit jalin pavilion mall.

Hohup management is confident to replicate EPS growth record in previous 2014-2016, in which hohup record EPS 20sen+ and share price to return back to above RM 1.20, supported by many new and exiting project

A) Passive profit, Hohup entitle 18% of GDV in bukit jalin city

1. Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall: RM 266m
2. Park sky residence (Phase 2) and The Park 2 (Phase 3): RM 200m

In addition, Hohup also busy launching its property development worth GDV RM 2.0 billion in 2018-2019. Therefore, more and higher property profit will recognized within these 3 year till 2022

B) Active Profit: Hohup own new property development

1. Aurora Duo in Bukit Jalil GDV RM 500m
2. Crown Service Suites in Kota Kinabalu GDV RM 540m (45% take up rate update)
