Business Background

Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is a Malaysia based commercial and residential property development company. It has four business segments Property Development, Construction, Education, and Hospitality. It has its property development projects in the central and southern region of Malaysia, Melbourne, and Australia. In Education segment, it manages and administers a private and international school comprising Matrix International Pre-School, Matrix International School, and Matrix Private School. Hospitality segment designs top-notch club in Negeri Sembilan that caters to needs of residents and guest for leisure, sporting, and excellent dining facilities. It also offers property management services. The maximum revenue is generated from property development business.

micsoh How people not piss, results that good but cannot move price a bit, contrary head down. Warrant got one year time to expire, but don't forget trade war is unpredictable, if market crash, then warrant holder is like sitting on a nuclear boom because this war maybe last more then one year. Even mother also cannot move at that time, who want to hold by just received 6percent dividend but price drop more than that.

money game base on technical, 1.90 is a strong support, base on 3 years technical analysis, once touch around 1.90 the price will rebound back to above 1.90...for middle and long term player I would say any price below 1.90 is good to collect.. next supporting price is 1.80.. but bear in mind this counter is not a very hot and active counter, you may need to have patient to keep... 2.00 is a very strong resistant.. try to break few times but failed.. fundamental this counter is quite strong.. I believe it will go back about RM2.00 in future..

oil and gas the business nature is so different from property
oil and gas price is determine by supply and demand and once have any event happen, the oil price will up or down very fast
very fast direct reflected in the oil price
example Arab have bomb on oil plant, next day oil price will go up
or new sanction on oil country, oil price will go up the next day

is total different story lo
to build a property will take few years
to sell a property and to buy a property is will take big part of individual income already
over supply of property now is not so easy to absorb
