Business Background

DPS Resources Bhd is an investment holding company primarily engaged in the activity of manufacturing and trading of furniture. The group manufactures and trades home furniture, roof trusses, provision of saw milling, kiln-drying and wood treatment services. In addition, it is also involved in the business of real property and housing development. The business segments of the company are Manufacturing and trading, Property development services, and Investment holding. Manufacturing and trading segment contributes majorly to the revenue of the company. The group’s operations are carried out in Malaysia, and internationally, of which majority of the revenue is derived from Malaysia.

very far away.------about 50mil profit margin( if split 2 ways---should be 25mil for DPS )
2years project ---front-end loading to about 4mil profit per quarter ( smaller profit towards the ends)

JJchan Developer makes claims to Bank( yr housing loan ) for completed parts like earthwork, drainage,
House Floorings, House pillars, second floor and Roof. This will ensure cash flow to Developer.
So every Qrt. Dps must also announced revenue for Shantawood. So far Peter didn't announce
last Qrt.----should see some revenue in coming Qrt( Nov )

JJchan what is important is Peter must secured more future projects ( Bukit Rambai will be completed by
2021/2022) Unless Furniture Biz return with more profits, Dps balance sheet will look "very Dry"
by 2022

winfai FYI, dun hope high on property revenue, peter entitlement to this TBRP project is 40 mil, if got profit oso minimal at early stage and more obvious in later stage. tis bloody infertile dps rely solely on insurance claim, not property, not furniture.

JJchan 31Mar and 30June Quarter results see Furniture contribute (about average) 4.5mil.. But property
revenue contribution is from 1.317(June) and 5mil (Mar)....As for Nov(Sept) Qrt results, i believe
Furniture revenue should stay around 5mil and Property must be 5mil and above ----carry forward from June----considering March property revenue hit 5mil )

Expected Revenue (minimium) for Sept Qrt. is 10mil But Profit is another Big guess??

Dip in 2018, 2019----only 5mil / Qrt max )----If furniture Biz turn around, price will adjust accordingly to 15cents immediately ( chances are slim )

investdps Ceres22, is on 21/22 of November 2019. This is not CM but testifying.if price don't drop , better gear up to buy some as CM on 2/3 of December , heard is final.
There is possibility Peter takes company as private as huge cash coming in and cheap land bought from SNC.

Look at what happen to kbunai , the land value besides hotel worth more than share value. But take private

DoomStock Without right issue (actual 2.162b) but with current developments, velesto shud be trading at $1.60 now. So with 8.216b share issued now & unfavourable market condition 40 cents is good selling price. Careful now, folks.
