spider68 L&G NTA per share would significantly be higher than RM0.37, if L&G management were to carry out a revaluation exercise on L&G land banks. In L&G last AGM it seems that the management have quoted an excuse that it would be costly to conduct revaluation exercises on L&G land banks. I wonder what is their actual motive for not carrying out revaluation exercise on L&G land banks? Perhaps some people intends to suppress L&G share price this way.

Based on the information on the 30 largest shareholders contained in L&G 2020 AR, it would appear that there is no majority shareholder owning more than 50% of L&G shares. As such, is there any possibility of a hostile takeover of L&G to be carried out by another company in the near future?

Noni The % been around the same all these while. I don't think there will be any possibility of hostile, too much work and will push it up too expensive to do so. Major shareholders, no reason to take all up as well. Just keep it there will do.

L&G? residents have to donate money buy sanitozing equipment and solution to protect themselves. Management missing.

*XXxx condo ~ all security guards & cleaners etc being quarantined with immediate effect, going for swab tests.

1 staff in the Mgmt Office was positive on Sat. Infected security guard who is based in the Mgmt office.

jack2 there are 2 plots of lands at sri damansara total 57 acres, the value is RM120 per sf, total value at 300M close to L&G market cap now, not counting many other lands and businesses in the group. the share price is grossly under value

tanhy123 Most of the property companies have a lot of discounts for stock price vs assets, but it did not mean much provided that company able to sell the asses. The only way to monetize the assets are to sell them or work with different operators.

tanhy123 The catalyst of L&G is the service apartment project at Sri Damansara near MRT2 with super low land cost. It is planned for launching in Q3 2021, but delayed to Q2 2022 due to COVID-19. Good news is that management informed in AGM that the tower stations at the site have been moved further away from the development site.

Gtrade 居民认为只是布置,并无大碍。但公寓经理勒令:不准❌居民/福利组义工的中秋节布置‼️
居民&福利组都深知,因疫情的关系,所以本来就没有打算举办活动,而是改为线上交流 以及 委派一两名义工代表,负责布置户外的园区 或大门入境处,仅此而已。

希望透过布置让大家感受一丝气息,以及居民精神上的情感联结,好延续这柏庭菀标志性的传统文化。。。但公寓经理勒令:禁止居民/福利组布置‼️

据了解,原来较早前,居民向JMB & 管理层申请,但却迟迟没有得到回应!再追问之下,最后时刻,经理才勒令不准布置‼️
经理称他不费事这边那边呼哈,他不准福利组布置。。。。。。当居民再次恳求经理,希望他能询问 JMB 申请,经理则坚称他不会帮忙这个忙,这是在浪费他的时间!并警告福利组组员,千万别想违反SOP!

居民不解,为何连布置也会违反SOP?!是谁的SOP呢?!这是什么道理!!!就连一个社区传统文化布置,也要打压吗??

Residents think it's just a decoration and it's not a big deal.
But the manager NOT allowed the residents/volunteers of the welfare group to do decoration‼ ️

Residents & Welfare Group are more aware of the epidemic situation, so they did not plan to hold activities. Instead, they changed to online communication and appointed one or two volunteer representatives to be responsible for just decorations the outdoor parks or gate entrance. and nothing more.

Let everyone feel a trace of breath and the emotional connection of the residents' spirit, so as to continue this iconic traditional culture of Parc.
But it was ordered by the manager: residents/welfare groups are NOT allowed to decorating!

It is understood that the residents applied to JMB & management earlier, but they did not receive a response for a long time! After further request, at the last moment, manager was ordered not to arrange it!
The manager said that he doesn't hoo haa here and there... ...He not allow the welfare group to do decoration!

The resident once again request the manager, hoping that he could inquire about the JMB application, but the manager said this kind of request was a waste of his time! He will not pass the request to JMB, and warn the members of the welfare group, do not violate the SOP!

Residents confused, is that even the decoration will violate the SOP? ! Whose SOP? ! What is the truth! ! ! Has the traditional culture of the community's decorations also been suppressed?

Gtrade L&G, your management of condo is horrible. Covid19 santizing done by initiative of resident, with their own money. Water tank at condo roof leaking, pouring water like rain, you no repair for months. Now residents want to hang MoonCake festival lantern, also you stop them. Nobody will buy thus kind of developer house anymore

kasinathan The earning for the next several years is expected to double with the new projects launched in the market. Coupled with the earning recovery in the education sector, I expect the dividend to be 1.5 cents for the next fiscal year.

Hence, the dividend yield will be more than 10% at current price ranges. The real NTA should be around 75 cents based on the current market price.

I wouldn't be surprised if the controlling shareholder Mayland would be taken private and offering at least 40 cents ......
