kinuxian Many retail REIT was down by 10 %. Covid19 cases occurs in many KV malls and patron reduced drastically. I noticed increasing ppl take risk off position too Kipreit but in much slower pace. Another round of rental subsidize seems to be unavoidable for malls if prolonged for a month.

youngshouse24 CMCO / COVID causes less customers. Tenants may choose / forced to end up their business and this will affect the KIPREIT occupancy and revenue. Besides, revenue may affected if company gives rental subsidize. Same for IGBREIT, PAVREIT and other retail reits.

meerkat0078 This REIT is a niche player in less major cities/towns whereby the revenue is sustained from rental of mainly tenants providing essential services. Hence, it is more defensive compared to most Reits when the economic activities are reduced.

philip31 Even at this price of 87 cents, it's value for money with 7% dividend , 3 times more than FD. Going to go above 90 cents by end of the month. Highly undervalue.

philip31 Most probably when next month Q results and dividend is announce. Rm1 is still cheap with 6% dividend. When company directors purchase/acquired you know, it's value and we might just get a surprising dividend payout.

philip31 I have no TP, I buy cause I see potential in this stock, earning it's dividend, better than FD. Eventually it will go above Rm 1 which I expect by the end of the year. Which stock give you 7% dy apart from BAT ? Only a handful.

For example u have 10,000 shares, after calculation, Jan is RM150.30, but Apr is RM150, so Jan more than Apr.

reitpulse KIP REIT has performed fairly okay compared to other REITs in Malaysia. Its financial performance and distribution have increased over the years. The downside is that its revenue and occupancy are on a slight decline. In FY21 itself, AEON Mall has been a huge contributor to KIP REIT overall performance.
