![]() ![]() ![]() fachoi Quarter results during MCO period already shown their profitability, but have to average your price if you buy too high, lowest only RM1.66, no need too scare actually haha 18/12/2020 8:27 AM Pinky I will only buy more at around 1.90+/-. Current price yield not attractive enough 18/12/2020 10:18 AM fortunefire This stock is too stable, yield not that attractive compared to others. 05/01/2021 5:30 PM fachoi but they will acquire more assets in every year, at least 3 buildings in a year, compare to other reits, this reit can consider growth stocks instead of dividend stocks, at the same time, their dividends also will increase because of increasing revenue 07/01/2021 8:41 AM fachoi dont forget, their borrowing costs also will reducing or remain low, so consider is defensive stocks, just buy and prepare to average if drop, nothing to lose in long term 07/01/2021 11:17 AM MDRIZWAN hmm actuall this month they need to announced quarter 4 '20 report right so i weight for divivdend atleast can cover some cost 13/01/2021 9:39 AM invest4tomoro Hopefully can bound back to 2.10 , axreit is the best stock among the reits. QR should be out by this week. TP 2.49 18/01/2021 1:36 PM Dragon88 the dividend yield from this counter is way better than bank FD. Perhaps can borrow money from bank and invest in this counter 19/01/2021 2:26 PM fachoi some experts can explain what axreit announcement are talking about? like need to issue extra shares at 1.88.....and dividend also like cannot get full in hand lol 20/01/2021 7:38 PM newbie2y another steady qr! @fachoi, we have several options, (a) if u wish to receive all 2.25sen in cash, u may, (b), alternatively, management is offering to use 1.1sen to reinvest @RM1.88 after, balance 1.15sen to be paid in cash, or (c) use 0.55sen only to reinvest, balance to be paid in cash. cheers! 20/01/2021 7:55 PM fachoi thank you newbie!! they still have slide presentation in the announcement...management are serious on their business...but price drop like shit haha 20/01/2021 8:00 PM Peace99 Ya, agrees, and Newbie, thank you for nice summary! Will go for b) to enjoy the discount. 21/01/2021 12:36 AM invest4tomoro 2.25 x 4 = 9 sen per year. At price rm1.93, the dividend is 4.7% yearly. It is alot better than the bank FD rate. 21/01/2021 8:55 AM MDRIZWAN @newbie, how they going to advise or giving option for alternative (dividend with reinvestment plan) 21/01/2021 9:59 AM newbie2y @mdrizwan, their share registrar - Boardroom will send us the relevant forms to fill up and post back to them, if we choose to reinvest, if we choose to receive all in cash, we can then ignore it :) 21/01/2021 10:15 AM qwertyuiop1234 @Peace99 Although the share price for reinvestment plan is cheaper, but it is difficult to sell in odd lot and it may cost you more. It is recommended to take cash 21/01/2021 11:43 AM newbie2y @mdrizwan, bcoz personally i dont do short term for reits, i cannot predict where it will go haha, but personally i will not sell below 2.0..in fact i just added some this morning.. 21/01/2021 2:17 PM shazza Good comments here. Axisreit imho is one of the better mreits to hold and can hold for long term as an industrial reit. I am surprised recent QR affected quite badly making price reduced by much. Still don't fully understand as it should be a defensive sector - warehousing. As per calculation above, still fair return vs FD. And other reits, the ones i know also have lower returns. Likely will re-invest. Newbie, or anyone knows, the form, it will state how many we are qualified to buy based on the quantity we are holding but can we state how many we want to re-invest so it is not an odd lot? 21/01/2021 2:45 PM zkhaizzz36 thanks @newbie2y.. you're very helpful.. I was looking for info on the DRIP... didn't expect to find it here.. can upgrade your name to wisebie 21/01/2021 2:47 PM shazza Anyone has good website or source of reits info to share here? Can be updates or improving our skill etc. Anyone invest in reits overseas? 21/01/2021 3:24 PM newbie2y @shazza, yes, in the form it will state how many units we are qualified to reinvest in, from there we will know whether we will get odd/normal lots. Cheers :) 21/01/2021 5:22 PM newbie2y oh, alternatively we can also calculate how many units we are entitled to reinvest based on the options (1.1sen or 0.55sen), eg. if we have 5000units now, assuming we choose 1.1sen option, units entitled = (5000x0.011)/RM1.88 = 29.25units, if we choose 0.55sen, (5000x0.0055)/RM1.88=14.62 units. Actually if we are into long term, odd lots don't matter much becos next quarter we will get more dividends as we have more units on hand (reinvest at 0 brokerage); but if we are in short term, ya, better choose cash. 21/01/2021 5:39 PM Peace99 @qwertyuiop1234 Thanks for the alert! Oh, yes, I will end up with odd lots! As illustrated by Newbie (thank you!), choice b) needs 17100 units to get 1lot. As the share price up, the discount is even more attractive though, so will just bear with odd lot now and wait for next round of dividend! 21/01/2021 11:38 PM Peace99 Good day! Broker just told me possible to sell odd lots at odd lots market, but at lower price.... so I guess won't it unless no choice, haha 22/01/2021 11:02 AM fachoi just buy more axreit keep as your retirement funds.........just keep working and keep collecting more shares in axreit hehe 22/01/2021 11:24 AM cronch Hi guys, Newcomer question here on the dividend announcement: "of which 0.83 sen per unit is taxable and 1.42 sen per unit is non-taxable in the hands of the unitholders". Some of the resources i read before was claiming dividends in Malaysia are tax free. Does that not apply here for this announcement or is this a special case? If i take the full 2.25s without DRIP, does it need be filed during tax season next year? Still learning the ropes and your input is highly appreciated. Thank you! 22/01/2021 11:24 AM newbie2y @peace99, yes, we can actually sell/buy odd lots from our platforms, u can right click the name and choose ''odd lot info'', or for some platforms u click on ''normal odd lot'', then select the stock name and see. Currently normal lot best buy is 1.99, but oddlot best buy is 1.86. @cronch, yep, need to take note on that 0.83sen taxable amount, for us, we will only get 0.83x0.90=0.747sen, because there is a 10% tax. On the reinvestment portion (0.011sen) however, there is no tax there. we can check the announcement there- https://www.bursamalaysia.com/market_information/announcements/company_announcement/announcement_details?ann_id=3122804 22/01/2021 12:39 PM ![]() ![]() | |
