Ans : Based on technical chart, it is unlikely to drop below RM 1.00. Let me tell you the good points of Carimin based on FA. 1. Carimin made record profit (RM12.1 million) in last quarter result i.e. Q1 2020. 2. I believe Q2 2020 result will be better than Q2 2019. 3. There were 5 consecutive quarters of positive growth in PAT. 4. The growth will improve after Q2 2020. I expect the growth is > 10% after Q2 2020. 5. ROIC is 61.85% and ROE is 16.95% which are very high. 6. Please note that Carimin is a net cash company of RM 106 million. Unlike Dayang, the debt is high. Carimin is the only one stock among Oil And Gas maintenance players to have net cash. 7. I still like FA of this stock is because there is a cash flow generating from operating activities of 84 million in Q1 2020. The cash flow generating from operating activities is higher than net profit of Carimin for 2019 which is around 29 million. 8. EV/Ebit is 5.23 (< 8 is very good). 9. Overall FA is very good, it is quite difficult to find this type of company in KLSE in term of FA. 10. Projected EPS for 2020 is 0.18. Please do your homework and check the aforesaid facts. Carimin managing director Mokhtar Hashim said it had submitted the design of the fabrication yard to the local authority for approval last month. “We have revisited that proposal (for the yard expansion).
