threekingdoms Delta variant is becoming the dominant in most parts now, US with 44% vaccinated will see surge among the anti-vacc, trump supporters. Covid still raging despite vaccine rollout. Usage of gloves had not reduced but increased. Hope to see SM this quarter exceed 1b, then maybe Ben's hypothesis will fly. JPM and the likes don't make much money from RSS, but if they have a good storyline now, will SM rocket up? 10, 11, 20 maybe?

sharemarket21 Not sure who you are but should have sold in the month of May but you made strong comments to buy of instead from your previous post dude. Gloves sentiment across the board. You should know better. Telling some facts are not condemning. Just want to ruin someone party because there might be innocent investors fall into the peak trap. So far so good. Rest assured we will support when the share price back to where it should belongs in tandem with overall market sentiment. We don't do post price action comments. Magical profits comment out from nowhere to be precise.

20/06/2021 10:46 AM
pjseow Stockwin, the Current MCO may affect some shipments. Looking at the actual shipments of Topglove , Harta and supermx for the last qtr , shipments had been lower than end of last year. Topglove , Harta and supermx utilizations were between 70 to 80 %. You can use the same formula to calculate earning but use a lower utilization like 80 % . I expect this qtr the malaysian glove makers will be under.supply again. It is better you do it yourself to get the earning.

Ricky and Jilohuat, thanks for the encouragemrnts. My intention of sharing is to let peoples know the wonders of compounding and how a reasonable and realistic tgt return of mere 18 to 20% per year can skyrocket your initial investment to an astronomical numbers . Many are able to do it and we are not short of such stocks which generate more than 18% annually. Public bank, the 4 top glove makers and the semiconductors counters are good examples of multibaggers within 15 to 20 years. Public.Bank generate a return of 19% from1967 to 2013. If you had invested one lot of public bank in 1967 and continue to subscribe to all its right issues, the one lot investment plus all the dividends would have made you a millionaire within 40years.

rr88 I called it a GLOVE MANIA at the peak of 12.00++ while KYY & his sidekick OTB were super bullish n called for much much higher target prices.

As it is now people have lost 50 - 70% of their investment.

This is not over. When it is over, people who bought at the very top will have lost 90% of their money. This is what MANIA does to stock prices.

This is at the moment you are witnessing a DYING BREATH of THE GREAT GLOVE MANIA STOCK MARKET RUN of THE GREAT PANDEMIC of 2019 - 2021.

Dannyfyl88 MM still harping on PAT of 100m when the current PAT is 1b. It’s 10x less. Yes, it might go there if COVID is gone and nobody buys gloves now. This over BS nonsense with evolving Delta variants and we are still so far from Herd Immunity is just another way why we should not listen to these BS shorties analogy. Good point Divplayer, the low IQ monkeys would blindly believe in all the so call "facts", but conveniently ignoring other factors which are equally important for consideration which would create positive impact to Superman share price, such as:

1. The coming OGM deals ie the long term direct supply contracts to various Gov't which details have yet to be spelled out potentially could sustain good ASP levels and utilization rates for Supermax going forward. Amongst other Big 4, Supermax is better positioned to secure such contracts due to their physical expansion into US/UK and Canada. Due to current conflicts with US/G7, China producers will be left out in the cold.

2. Possible corporate actions such as further special dividends, bonus issues, takeover by another company, venturing into new profitable biz, Stanley taking company private at attractive premium price, company to continue with SGX dual listing and etc. With so much cash in hand and more are coming in the next few quarters, anything is possible.

3. Covid is fast mutating to become a superbug. A recent French study from the Pasteur Institute concluded that neutralising antibodies produced by vaccination with Pfizer jabs are 3 to 6 times less effective against the Delta variant than against the Alpha variant. This shows that Covid is fast mutating to escape the current batch of vaccines soon and when that happens, death and hospitalization rate will again surge up even for those countries with high vaccination rates. Meaning we may soon be back to to square one again, and everyone would need to be revaccinated with updated vaccines. That will take additional 2 years to reach post pandemic level.

4. Even if item 3 did not happen, maybe the drop in ASP could be slower than current market projection, due to the pro-longed serious multiple endemic caused by the variants which will continue to sustain high glove demand. Which means extended period of supernormal profit.

Base on his Fact 11, the low IQ monkey rr88 projected that Supermax will likely hit RM 1.30 by end of this year, which will be lower that the cash in hand value of at least RM 2 by then. Only a low IQ monkey dare to make such claim.
