LouiseS dividend yield at 1.87% is lower than FD, at PE51, share price is very much overvalued, TP RM30-50 is more reasonable.

(2.6m shares buyback April ) Philip 3iii, quick, make stockraider apologize again. EPF is buying big into NESTLE again.

Even KYY is unhappy that government is selling his dayang and carimin etc and buying NESTLE instead.

As they should. I want EPF to be stable, have growing dividends every year, no rocky share price, and give me money when I retire.

I dont want to retire in 5 years and find out EPF has lost me 64 billion ringgit... poof!

>>>>>

But put it this way, pls do not run the risk of extrapolating that epf is going to continue buy more nestle going fwd loh.......!!
EPF has increased the shareholding by 10.4% todate but share price had gone up by roughly 60% loh....!!
My school maths teacher always tell raider always beware of the mathematical imbalance loh....!!

That does not mean epf will not start disposing going fwd mah.....!!
In fact the latest announcement EPF reported on 12 OCT they are selling 6k units, and raider suspect more selling on the way with high valuation of NESTLE with PE above 50x, it is ripe time for epf profit taking loh....!!

So do becareful in chasing such a overvalue stock in the current challenging time loh....!!

stockraider Without understanding much of margin of safety investment , this Philip try to bad mouth famous B Graham intelligent investment principle loh..!!

These famous intelligent investment guiding principle is making us... to invest intelligently on logical way & taking advantage of mr market mah.....!! for example Like:

1. U buy stock with high intrinsic value at a fraction of its cost bcos of poor mkt valuation and sentiment.
2. U buy company with Strong balance sheet with very low debt & alot of cash to ensure sustainability
3. U buy company with High sustainable Growth rate at a very reasonable price for good prospect.. all these are good investment principle mah...!!

The objective of this approach is for risk management as u guard against overpaying stock at over zealous price like the case of Nestle & Ql with PE above 50x and u avoid chasing over speculative lousy and poor quality stocks paying incredible price mah...!!

These are good investment guiding principle and raider are really proud of it mah.....!!

There will be no apology loh...raider says Nestle & QL at PE 50x, and even confirmed by warren buffet remarks " even it is a fabulous company but if u pay incredible overvalue price it could be a very bad investment mah....!!"
05/03/2019 8:12 AM
3iii The truth is raider is a very poor investor. He lacks discipline and does not know the boundary of his poorly defined circle of competence.
He is also a very poor student indeed.
05/03/2019 8:16 AM
stockraider If u follow Ben Graham Margin of safety principle religiously....what u are seeing is real discipline mah....!!

The current Nestle Malaysia EO, Mr. Teo, Heng Keat deserves our full appreciation for this milestone contribution as an attempt to address carbon emissions into the atmosphere. The Malaysian Minister of Energy,Technology,Science,Climate Change and Environment YB Yeo Bin Yin is hereby informed to give her appreciation to Mr.Teo and Nestle Malaysia for this new development. Comments submitted by A.David, a share holder of Nestle Malaysia.

stockraider What had Nestle done to destroy its moat ??

1. Nestle bestseller Milo is confirmed not a health drink, as it consist of too much sugars about 40% loh...!!
Years of promotion as a health food has misrepresented to consumers this may likely to attract litigations loh...!!

2. Nestle Maggi noodles are health threat & cancerous and this is confirm by india health ministry loh...!! Again this is a financial & health risk to Nestle loh....!!

These 2 junk food contribute 75% to Nestle profit and it is a big threat to Nestle moat loh....!!

Aheng KFC, MD, Burger K, etc, are selling all junk and carcinogenic foods! Do they have problem selling their products? Nestle's products are considered as "good foods", relatively speaking. BTW, I just noticed the Milo Kosong stick that I received in the Goodie Bag from Nestle last year has expired! Hahaha!

stockraider Why u think a penny stock like talam will outperform overvalue bluechips like Nestle, Petdag and Pbank anytime leh ??

Just imagine today Talam today and yesterday up tiny 0.5 sen a day everyday, it already mean outperformance, it is a very substantial 10% gain a day loh.....!!

Just Ask yourself bluechips like Nestle,Pbank or Petdag can up 10% a day meh ? U must be joking this type of overvalue saturated bluechip counter will never make such a big meaningful gain a day loh...!!

Thus to pick Talam is route to substantial wealth building mah...!!

ahgoo I think it is very irresponsible for folks to post malicious rumors, as we have stated before, Nestle is a consumer staple and very well managed company. If you look at my previous posts, as it has turned out, the stock is range bound between 150.6 and 142.80 in the past year. The recent high of 155.80 was Feb2nd2018 and the low of 131.40 has not been tested since May7th2018. Simply put, this is a long term hold stock and it may take a little longer for the breakout to the upside to materialize, in the mean time, enjoy the dividends and stop complaining. It is not a swing trading stock, and KLSE is NOT a day trading paradise. The volume is too small and whatever volume is dictacted by the institutional investors and pension funds.

(2.6m shares buyback April ) Philip Stockraider is definitely right, if talamt can go up 0.5 Sen a day everyday definitely can get 10% gain a day. Very very true.

But how come until today talamt share 2014 price is 8 cents, today 2019 price is 4 sen leh?

Until today the market cap still below 200 million... Nestle market cap 34 billion.

Logic somewhere not right leh. When you promote talamt it climb to 5.5 cents. But now drop back to 4 cents.

How ah?
