  hcthey this counter has kept on dropping continuously for days, when I look at the technical analysis chart, it appears to be the lowest at 29.5 cts. Its 3rd quarterly report changed from red to green, making profit of about 6000. its cash in hand amounting to about 27.5 millions. working capital is strong at 46.255 millions. About 80% of this counter is controlled by 30 largest shareholders, balance float in the market is about 20%. I do not know who is keeping on selling this counter ? its capital reserves are OK. Net asset per share is 40 cts. In my opinion, if to go in to buy at 30 cts should consider to be OK or reasonable. I have bought some at 31 cts. Hopefully it will rebounce soon.
