The Board of Directors of China Automobile Parts Holdings Limited (“CAP” or “the Company”) wishes to announce acceptance of resignation of Messrs. CAS Malaysia PLT (“CAS”) as Auditors of the Company with immediate effect. The notice of resignation dated 19 May 2022 was received by the company on 20 May 2022.
Save for the above, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the Shareholders of CAP.
Further announcement on the engagement of a new Auditors will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of the new Auditors is finalized.
