The Board of Directors of HAILY GROUP BERHAD (“HAILY” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that a wholly-owned subsidiary under the name of HAILY DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202201021862 (1467559-T)) (“HDSB”) has been incorporated with an initial issued capital of 2 ordinary shares issued at a price of RM1.00 per share.
HDSB was incorporated on 20 June 2022 under the Companies Act 2016. The intended principal activity of HDSB is property development.
None of the Directors and/ or major shareholders and/ or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect in the incorporation of HDSB.
