Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 20 December 2021, 10 January 2022, 28 January 2022, 16 February 2022, 22 February 2022, 11 March 2022, 29 March 2022, 11 May 2022 and 12 May 2022 in relation to the Rights Issue (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank is pleased to announce that as at the closing of acceptance, excess application and payment for the Rights Issue at 5.00 p.m. on 14 June 2022 (“Closing Date”), YHB had received valid acceptances and excess applications for a total of 1,032,549,187 Rights Shares, representing a subscription rate of 122.31% of the total number of 844,207,538 Rights Shares available for subscription, resulting in an over-subscription rate of 22.31%.

Details of the valid acceptances and excess applications received as at the Closing Date are as follows:-

The excess Rights Shares have been allotted in accordance with the basis stated in the Abridged Prospectus dated 27 May 2022.

Successful applicants of the Rights Shares will be issued with Warrants on the basis of 3 Warrants for every 7 Rights Shares subscribed.

The Rights Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 28 June 2022.
