The Board of Directors ("Board") of CRB is pleased to announce that pursuant to Clause 21 of the By-Laws of the ESOS, the Board, upon recommendation of the Option Committee, has approved an extension of duration of the ESOS, which will be expiring on 30 June 2022, for a period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2024.
The ESOS extension is not subject to any approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission Malaysia and the shareholders of the Company.
This announcement is dated 30 June 2022.
