We refer to the Company’s announcements on 18 May 2022, 3 June 2022 and 9 June 2022. Unless indicated otherwise, all terms and expression used herein shall have the meaning assigned them under those announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that:

(a)       Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad had vide Originating Summons No. WA-24NCC-670-05/2022 obtained Court Order dated 10 June 2022 to convene Court Convened Meeting with its scheme creditors;

(b)       Serba Dinamik Group Berhad had vide Originating Summons No. WA-24NCC-673-05/2022 obtained Court Order dated 10 June 2022 to convene Court Convened Meeting with its scheme creditors;

(c)       Serba Dinamik Sdn. Bhd. had vide Originating Summons No. WA-24NCC-672-05/2022 obtained Court Order dated 10 June 2022 to convene Court Convened Meeting with its scheme creditors;

(d)       Serba Dinamik Development Sdn. Bhd. had vide Originating Summons No. WA-24NCC-674-05/2022 obtained Court Order dated 10 June 2022 to convene Court Convened Meeting with its scheme creditors; and

(e)       SD Controls Sdn. Bhd. had vide Originating Summons No. WA-24NCC-675-05/2022 obtained Court Order dated 10 June 2022 to convene Court Convened Meeting with its scheme creditors.
