The Board of Directors (“Board”) of FFB wishes to announce that The Holstein Milk Company (M) Sdn Bhd (“THMCM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of FFB had on 30 June 2022 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) with THP Enstek Development Sdn Bhd (“THPED” or “Vendor") to acquire a plot of freehold industrial land measuring in total 32,590 square meters or 8.05316 acres and currently held under Geran 270929, Lot 61314 (formerly identified as HS(D) 237929, PT1145), Bandar Baru Enstek, Daerah Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia (“Land”), for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Eighteen Million Two Hundred Forty-One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Six, and Five Sen (RM18,241,366.05) only (“Purchase Price”) ("Proposed Acquisition").
