We refer to the announcement made on 1 June 2022 as well as the monthly announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to PN17 of the Listing Requirements.
The Company had appointed Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn. Bhd. as the adviser of the Company in place of TA Securities and has on 1 July 2022 submitted an application for extension of time to submit its proposed regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.
