PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10.00% OF THE TOTAL ISSUED ORDINARY SHARES IN EGIB

On behalf of the Board of Directors of EGIB, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a private placement of up to 40,928,700 new ordinary shares in EGIB (“EGIB Shares” or “Shares”), representing not more than 10% of the issued ordinary shares in EGIB (“Proposed Private Placement”), at an issue price to be determined and fixed at a later date.
