To M3TECH Shareholders & To Whom It May Concern

We are a group of M3TECH shareholders who are in support of the 2 Substantial Shareholders of M3TECH, who have voted NO and against the current Board of Directors to issue additional 30% shares for Private Placement during the online Full virtual EGM held on 19^th April 2021

On 9^th June , The 2 substantial shareholders has also issue 2^nd time, the Official Notice under Section 311 , Company Act 2016 in request to convene a Extraordinary Meeting with agenda of removal of 5 Directors and ceasing any further issuance of ESOS.

M3TECH BOD has announced on 21^st June ,that they will comply under S312 to call for a EGM.
The EGM is now schedule on 19th July 2021, 10am

We feel that as minority shareholders, our votes counts , and we have a voice.  The Board must take note of our concern in the continuous dilution in issuing  more new shares via ESOS, Private Placement. All these corporate exercises are all our concern. Especially Corporate Exercise that will dilute our investment.
