Our key area of expertise is in the Engineering and Construction segment, particularly power plants, marine construction (ports & jetties), infrastructures (airports, bridges, roads & highways) and mixed building development projects (commercial, residential & academic buildings)

Zelan is also involved in Asset & Facilities Management such as facilities engineering maintenance and general maintenance management as well as Property & Development.
