Sime Darby Plantation Foreign Shareholding Rises to Highest in 18 Months

KUALA LUMPUR (April 18): Sime Darby Plantation Bhd saw its foreign shareholding rose to 9.48% in March, the highest since September 2020.

According to updates on the company’s website, the group’s foreign shareholding increased to the current level from 9.24% in February.

In September 2020, the group’s foreign shareholding stood at 9.55%.

At 10.27am Monday (April 18), Sime Darby Plantation shares added five sen or 0.99% to RM5.12, valuing the group at RM35.06 billion.

Year to date, the counter has risen 33.33%.
