DOW down by 266 points and we shall see RED today ... yes, are you still bullish? So, it is THAT period of time again ... should we take profits/losses and hide as the bear is lurking around? Should we hibernate till end-September as it could be the beginning of huge corrections as mentioned by Marc Faber?

8.10 am : Time to clear those CWs and should the market dive further to confirm a failed rebound and bearish market, CWs will be wiped out. That is the risk of playing with CWs. Can one run fast enough when it dives as our hope that it will rebound is always there?

11.40 am : In red ... KLCI down more than 10 points today and at 1544 level now. Hence, it is bearish.

Overbought : MRCB, Kulim and MBSB are going into overbought level as many more chasing them.

UEMLand : Moving lower, below 2.60 today. Yeah, it will take some time before I could see her breaking 2.60 level.

Trading Class : I was preparing some simple slides on my Elementary Level - Module 1 : Basics of Trading(four Modules all together) for my coming Fri/Sat class. This is again for NOVICES and NEWBIES only. Otherwise, you will be bored to death as always ... we always think we knew about it, heard of it before and even an expert as it is too basics, too trivial. Yeah right ... tell me about it. See how we apply them in our ACTUAL real tradings? Nothing is too trivial for me to look into it. And always review what you have learnt and always gain valuble experiences by ACTUALLY trading using your plans.

HSI dropping 400+ points today!!

2.45 pm : I am busy today. Did not catch anoything. MBSB moving higher, trying to grab MBSB-ca but could not get at lower level and not catching.

4.30 pm : KLCI is recovering.

Efficen : Grabbed at 0.205 this morning done but did not get it at 0.20, low volumes. Break 0.20 is a cut-off.

DRB : Moving above 2.30, so I went for her baby, cd.

At resistance : Kulim and MBSB are at resistance and overbought.

Scable : What an incredible run with great fear(selling) and today many back to buy(greed).

Personal tutoring : I have a reader requesting if it is possible for me to give her one-to-one tutoring about trading!! She said she could not make it at nights and such. But, I really do not know how much I should charge per hour? Well, I think RM200 per hour is reasonable? At the moment for the coming Friday's class, there are 5 of them(max) and since I am only charging RM150 per hour, each is only paying RM60 per class?! But, if anyone requesting personal tutoring, I will charge RM200 per hour as I need to travel and prepare to teach well AND the follow-ups will take a lot of my time to monitor the progresses.

If learning doesnt take place, then it is a waste of time(and money, of coz). Losing money in markets is much more costly. Ask the 80% of those in KLSE. Who is the winner, then? THE SHARKs. Haha.


Japanese FDIs eye Ann Joo, E&O, Tasco?

KUALA LUMPUR: UOB Kay Hian Malaysia Research is predicting a continuing momentum to the rising trend of foreign direct investments (FDI) and acquisitions of Bursa-listed companies by Japanese companies.

The research house said on Tuesday, Aug the risings FDIs is due to the strong yen exchange rate, sluggish domestic prospects, and the need to geographically diversify after March 2011 tsunami and earthquake.

'Potential beneficiaries include potential targets for stake acquisitions Ann Joo, E&O Bhd and QL Resources. Apart from this, logistics provider Tasco Berhad, which Japan's logistics giant NYK owns a strategic stake, is benefitting from the rising establishment of Japanese manufacturers,' it said.
