YTLLand : Reaching the critical support at 1.15 level soon, at 1.20 level today. Depending on at what level a person has bought and hold, most likely it is in paper-loss if still holding to her. The last time I cleared her was at 1.80+ and since then, I am only watching her moving lower ... and lower. How low could she goes? I dont know ...
e-mail : Someone just e-mail me this morning asking if I am still holding to her. No. I sold her off at 1.80+. Sorry, I do not know if you should cut-loss as it is very painful difficult decision that ONLY YOU could make. I am a trader, I run-off each time I see weakness in charts. I could only say that it is reaching critical 1.15 soon. If the market sentiments still remain bad(which I expect it till end of Sept?), it might consolidate at 1.15 and breaks lower...
Buying : Why would anyone bought into YTLLand's stock? Many reasons or excuses ... it could be they read some blogs stating about YTLLand. It could be due to the MRT news(appreciation of land-property values), it could be because it is under a strong YTL group, it could be that they like her new launchings and such ... it could be ... many reasons. If any of these reasons fail to push the stock higher, then ... it has to go down, right?
In fact, it rallied up from 0.90 level to RM2. Even it is fundamentally good, it might be over-valued. Over optimistic by local brokers and such. Hence, what could I say is ... buy-n-hold on these stocks doesnt work. Investors will like to see more collapses, more selldowns, more meltdowns ... globally. Then only we could talk about cheap stocks!!
I have not been able to find cheap stocks in 2010 onwards and many shooting above its average valuations, due to so-called bull market. Hey, KLCI really recovered from 900 points to almost 1600 level in 2-3 years of bull-rally. So, to be fair ... we do see stocks like YTLLand moving from 90cents to RM2.
Brace ourselves if we are going to see more sell-down in markets. YTLLand will break 1.15 critical level. MARKET pressure is strong than a stock. Besides, property stocks are in higher risk now with many valuations overly-stretched.
You do your own judgement or analysis. I could only give my views here.
Low RSI : At 20 level now, low-RSI doesnt mean buy. I like waterfalls, yup but that doesnt mean buy too.
