Morning ... DOW up 70 points. Well, what a turn ... that shall give us the breather to off-load our stocks? Or opportunities to buy? It is really up to our point-of-views.

Today is a crazy day for me as I only have half hour for short lunch!! Classes from 8 am to 3pm!! So, no buyings. Today up .. tmr down ... very volatile and hard to ride on, especially you are 'old'. Haha.

YTLLand : At 0.95 yesterday.  One bought at 0.990, it went up to 1.07(I dont know if he sold his?) and another told me he bought at 0.95 yesterday. This will be my comment ... short-trades still OK. Look at SPSetia and IJMLand(and property index) as SPSetia was badly hurt yesterday. These are leaders in the sector and with that, many more property-stocks will be affected. So, I will not dare to touch property stocks. Not E&O which in news(with Sime), not Malton too. The music will end and we dont know when. Look at the slow-down of property launching and the once-hype of property markets. It is less ... 'crazy' now. Soft landing or hard landing?

Good trading day ahead and will write at night.

7.30 am : Gold dropped to 1800 level at a point and at 1820 now. I will prefer it to be at 1700 level.

9.50 am : KLCI up 4+ points.

TopGlove : This is a knife and the selling is not over. It is the top-loser at this moment. Watch.

Tenaga : At 5.20 level, checking as I cleared at 5.30+ level recently. No buyings for me but buying Tenaga will not lose u much money until of coz if markets collapse?

ESSO : At 3.65, buying should be at 3.50 as that is the value attached. Checking if BStead buying her ... that is the 'rumour'.

3.15 pm : KLCI positive 4 points. HKSE is closed today(mooncake makan day).

AnnJoo-wb : At 0.34, lost 9% today. It is just a sign of selling-pressure. Dont worry, AnnJoo will go lower from here.

Glove-stocks : Unloved ... and Supermax at 2.60 now. I m not sure where I did read that this is a defensive stock? Buy?

Low Volumes : Check the turnover in KLSE ... less than RM500m and we have less than 1.5hours, ya.

3.55 pm : Nothing much so far, DOW future from green to red so far. Gold at 1820.

WCT : AT 2.40 now. WCT-wb at 0.365 and WCT-wc at 0.46. Watching.

Banking-stocks : While you see more selldown in global screen, it is a matter of time it reaches KLSE. Check out MayBank and CIMB.

Affin : Some asked me(e-mail) about Affin and I think he is honest. So, I will just give my opinions here but making NO commitments in my views. I was writing about banking as I am reading them. Also, I was checking on the so-called leader banks in KLSE and the picture is not good. We have profits stories and such., but the charts saying another direction. If the global banks is retracing in an alarming manner, I do think it is a matter of time it will hit the leader-banks and Affin, being a small player will follow through. Technically, it is oversold(most of them, anyway) and at strong support(many too). If any rebound could be the time to sell.

So, with that ... I hope you could make your own decisions. That is my opinions. I m not sure if that is too late to cut or take profits.

I am looking at overall markets in FEAR. It needs injection of QE3 in US or ETP3 from our govt? Perhaps a suggestion of building a looong bridge to connect Peninsular to East Malaysia? At least I could drive my way(rather than fly?) to KK during my holiday!! Hmm ...that would be nice!

SPSetia : Going below 3.40, at 3.36 now.

With that, there goes our property-sectors ... dark clouds around.
