DOW up ... oil-gold up, USD corrected after huge jump. EURO is celebrating .. yet another optimism pan-out ... will we see 20 points up from here?

BL : I am in sms-email-chat with this young hard-working tratle of mine in almost a daily basis now. From losing so many of his trades before coming for my classes, he started to see some positive results ... gaining from few trades now. Yes, SPSetia will always in his learning curve as he(and two others) bought at almost same level at RM3.20 but he lost the trade due to inexperience but the other two sold nearing RM3.90. That is tough for a newbie but such experience(painful as it is) is needed. No hai-ya-hai yo or such in my trading system. Apply what Jesse said : Trade like a robot --- follow your system. Need to charge extra for my knowledge and time. Haha

8.55 am : Time for selling spree again ... sell sell sell ...hmm ...

9.05 am : KLCI up 14 points ...

TurnOver : Yesterday's was about RM650m only ... so, most of investors are out of KLSE, while traders do not dare to move in yesterday as KLCI was in red. Today ... we shall check the increase in turn-over as bullishness is everywhere.

Selling Spree : Yes, today is another selling spree for me as I was collecting during these few 'bad' days.

KEuro : Grabbed some at 1.02 done so far. Wait.

MudaJaya : Grabbed some too at 2.27-2.28. Wait.

10.10 am : UOADev collected more at 1.23, at 1.26 .. got a bit hope now. HOPE analysis being applied. Haha.

3.05 pm : Just done with classes ... KLCI up 16 points now. BULL is running ... buy-buy-buy ... we are in the bull-market now. Yeah?

GenM : RM3.50 is a resistance. I just asked two of them who bought at RM3.30 to sell last week. If it shoot to RM3.80, I am a dead-meat. Haha

Question : In such a bullish of markets, where many in my list up 3-8% easily today, are you buying GenM at RM3.50 and above TODAY? What is not so right about that? Are you an investor and believe GenM will shoot to RM4.20 as targetted? THINK.


Driving vs Trading : Will write about this one later ... if I could hv the time la.




Imagine : You decided to go for a driving test. You are only 18+ and begged your parents to allow you to get the driving licence. Your best-friend just got hers. You bribed your dad with your cutest smile. Your mom freaked out as your mom don't even know how to drive and will never be driving due to the restrictions from her hubby, your dad. Your dad screaming " CRAZY meh ... so dangerous driving in Kota Kinabalu, so many cars these days ... the highway Jalan Lintas and also to Putatan killed many already. You want me to worry like hell ar?" You tried ... you cried and begged. Dad, I can take care of myself ... I promise I will only drive slowly, at neighbourhood. You persuaded your mom, using her to convince your bull-charged dad. Hmm ...

Then, you get a nod from him ... the driver-instructor said it is not dangerous to drive la. Want to pass the driving test, just makan-suap RM600, licence guarantee la tu ... but you insisted that you will get your licence in your LEGAL way(how naive).  You got nervous even switching on the engine!! What?? brake brake brake ... you are in some kampung place near Tuaran. Heck ... that was a close call. I almost knock down the chicken!! Then, you started to learn to curse!! Haha ... use your imagination, re-calling for the first time you are driving. By the way, imagine you are 18+ girl. waiting for your SPM results. Haha.

Fine ... you were given an old Kancil for the 'training'. Slowly, you move on-the-road and moving from Tuaran to Tamparuli ... in which the whole road is virtually yours!! Once awhile, a herd of lembu-seladang crossing roads. We do have road-signs(INDICATORS) but due to your IGNORANCE, you dont understand the signs, or you are totally blind. You get PANIC and BANGGG ... habis la kali ni, you just banged into the penghulu's favourite cow!! OUCH. You knocked your head!! OUCH.

You lost lots of money(paying the penghulu, the driving-school) and facing the music from your dad, your mom and embarassments by your so-called friends!! Kita dapat licence senang la ... kasi dia makan, kita pun senang. Some of your friends was teasing you, making you freaked out. I WANT TO LEARN HOW TO DRIVE, you inner most voices yelling ... HELPPPP.

Note : Kasi-makan = unit trust handle your money.

Imagine : You decided to go into markets ... many telling you the consequences of losing ALL your money!! Learn from your dad who lost everything during 1997-1998 crash. Learn from your collagues who lost 80% of his savings during 2008 crash. WHY are you choosing to suicide and lose money?? Everyone seems to go against you and you are the sore-thumb in your family, your friends, your colleagues, your concerned relatives and your whoever. Stock-markets are for gamblers!! I cant believe that you risking your whole life into such bad-gambling habits!(They are HALF right there, if your trading is just merely 50-50 but lose money in longer run ... you ARE gambling).

You went into markets ... well, you read here and there and told yourself you are prepared. You unit-trust friend who tried to earn some extra, trying hard to convince you that you will sure lose money in markets. Buy my unit-trust ... we give good dividends and the best in town!! But ... you are adamant(and naive la). You went in small at first ... quietly saw TAKASO in play ... hehe ... I am going to be rich this time. You bought in at market price, whack ... wow... you exit the next day and gained 12%. Imagine that again ... you are young, first time in market ... profitting from a stock TAKASO which you dont even heard of. WIJAYA will be your next target. WOW ... amazing ... you are GOOD, gaining another 8% in the next trade. It is the matter of time you are going to be well-known and you will tell those nay-sayers. See see ...

After a few while, hearing about your success, your closest colleagues started to see you smiling more than usual. You will be jumping up in joy ... and treating them lunches!! Hey .. what is going on? Are you in love? etc etc ... you exposed your secrets. I found out that I was made to trade stock-markets. I bought 3 technical-analysis books, and now I started to gain ... 20% so far from my initial capitals in less than 2 months. I can tell you that ... I only have one paper-loss(KNM) and all I took profits easily. What a discovery ... what a great feeling. NO wonder they said many becoming millionaires in stock-markets!!

Hmm .. words spread about your winnings. Psstt ... what are you buying today? Iris or Saag? Perhaps, DVM ... hmm ... DVM made me 18% in three days, you know. so, you are the center of your colleagues. Money was easy... KLCI hitting new high. I told you so ...
Then, one fine day ... your KNM tanking further. You are stucked with Cepat and IRCB. MAA tanking and into PN17(what is that, u wondered?) ... you kept very quiet. Emotions shown and your colleagues avoiding you. He is just a gambler ... stupid guy, we lost thousands now and what should we do with our HWGB and many of our call-warrants?

Depression seeps in ... it is time to cut-loss, you wondered. So, you started to ask around in forums, in market-talks, or e-mail those bloggers. You wanted to admit mistakes ... but it is never easy. Pain .. pain .. it is not easy to quit markets totally either. You couldnt even sell some as there is NO volume traded at all ... it used to be active? Some already bad-ly burnt, especially the call-warrants.

Then, you read some advertisement ... on some magical softwares and training course!! It gives you HOPE. Yes, perhaps ... I could learn how to use the softwares and re-coup back my money. Yeah ... this time will be different. I am not alone, I m not only reading books but I have friends around(for comfort la). Imagine ... you are just a novice in markets YET you accumulate SO MANY BAD habits in markets. You dont even realise that!!

Now ... I do think driving is easier to learn. If you are new to driving, a second-hand Kancil is easier to drive. You dont drive your posche in Federal Highway at 10am the first time you take the road after getting the driving license, do you? Use common sense ... how do you explain to a person NEW to stock-markets playing with call-warrants or warrants? You might get the 'high' ... but do you know when to stop or how to brake? Do you know where the brake is?

Then, you might blame the car!! Those road-signs are confusing and also, the car behind giving you the pressure to drive faster ... as you are driving a posche!! Gosh ... can you fly 200km/hour the first time you driving and also at Federal Highway? What?? You got your driving license from Tuaran, Sabah?? DO you know what I mean? Anyone with imagination here? Imagine again ...

Don't you think so driving now is mechanical for you after you have been driving for 5 years? You don't think of the clutch or brakes ... or changing of gears? How about traffic-lights? No U-turn sign ... double parking etc etc ... do you follow STRICTLY to these indicators to drive? Do you drive 80km/hour in a straight highway because it says so? It is 2am in the morning ... no cars much, u r driving for 5 years now, and driving a Honda Accord? How to keep it to 80km/hour ... the rules and indicators??

Driving is mechanical AFTER you have learnt from past experiences what signs to look for and how you avoid potential road-accidents. You PLANNED where you want to go even before you start the engine!! You will check your cars, send it to workshop or even wash your car!!. Think again ... once you are trading with different indicators or systems, you will see trading as mechanical. It is NOT easy ... but once we have some systems work

I could write much more about these analogy ...it is simple to see driving  as in trading!! Think about it.
