All the writings in this weblog are mainly for PLEASURE reading purposes. I am in NO position to recommend a call(BUY/SELL). Please check with those know-hows before you make a decision. Yes, I am just a learner, with only five years experiences in KLSE. So, please BEAR with me.
It is 11pm now .... I just came back after a looong yet exciting day.

6 am : Woke up as usual to do some readings about market and write a post in the blog.

7.30 am : Met a potential tratle(a banker) to join my coming new cohort-5. I suggested that he sign-ups in my e-learning first as I could not promise when I will have my cohort-5 as I do need the numbers(at least 12 of them) to start. How should I advertise my cohort-5 class?

Cohort-5 : Those who wish to learn simple basic technical analysis, please e-mail me and I will put all in KIV list. I do have 6 so far.

8 am : Our conversation was interupted by a person(Mr Ng) who overheard about our conversation about stock market, and with good intention, trying to share his experiences and advices(which are GOOD, thanks) about the 'actual' KLSE as he sees it. Well, he is an investor and said that he bought XXX at RM.120, then keep averaging down to 80cents level. Well, I am a trader(or whatever you may want to call me, I do not care much. That is your opinions, not related to my decisions, anyway) ... I learnt technical charts and as I am doing OK, I hv no intend to argue with those buy-n-hold. We are DIFFERENT. Accept that. Anyway, he was so concerned and keep advising us and telling us his stories that we(me and my banker reader) fail to know each other or have time to talk further as I have a class at 8.30am.

Moral of the story : Do not need to tell others if you overheard others talking about stocks, unless they ask you. Imagine in my lives, I have many e-mails, comments ... and many of times, encountered people talking about stocks or chatting in forums about stock-markets and stocks they bouught-sold, should I interrupt and try to enlighten them? Who am I to tell anyone, right? To those who might read my blog for a while, and do know me ... well, it is more convincing for them to listen or seek my opinions. But, do you think those punters in forums care about what I will tell them? Who am I ... la? So. keep things to ourselves.

Anyway, thanks Mr Ng for your pointers. You do mean good, honestly. I hope you are reading these and get back to me(contact me) and we could meet at McDonald again ... I dont mind spending 2-3 hours listening to your pointers. After all, I am just a learner. We share and learn from each other?

8.30 am : Tuition FUrther Maths classes, teaching "Hypothesis Testing".

10.00 : Travelled to Pearl Point Hotel, Old Klang Road.

10.30 am : Attended a Wealth Talk --- how to use internet to earn money(profitting).

It is a two-day talk but I was too busy the whole day yesterday, so today I made a point to attend the talk(or promotion of their get-rich programmes, rather).

1st Talk : Two young internet-geniuses showing how millions could be generated as our income(forget about working la) thru their siphon-system. I do think there are good points to learn there. The cost of the 2.5 days course is RM6188(special promotion ONLY for today).

2nd Talk : About trading markets ... arr ... this is one is good as  I do believe he will talk about riskanagements and why trading could benefit those who know-how. Those buy-n-hold will not accept his mentality to trade even tho he might be very good.

17 Ways Rich People and Poor People Think Differently (taken from Remanant's blog)

Lunch : Lunch with a tratle of mine, LK. Then, a participant of the talk joined us. I was trying hard not to allow him to interrupt our conversation with his losing stories. Remember just hours ago I have to listened to someone's success stories and missed the time speaking with my tratles? This man the opposite ... he spoke about he lost money in stock-markets(it is not new la ... you are not alone. 90% are in your situation too. Ask those in forums!!). He lost in forex too and he said he wilol demand a so-called sifu to show him his a/c to prove that he is good ... err ... to coach him? I just advised him ... the problem is not the trainers or the systems. It is MIND SET, our mindset to learn. And I asked him to analyse his short-comings and weaknesses ... hmm ... hopefully he will learn not to blame his remisiers and such tips he listened to buy into some stocks(and lose money, obviously ... he has ZERO knowledge about FA or TA).

3rd Talk : I signed up for this one --- a RM23k program and ONLY FOR TODAY, selling at RM3188. Hmm ... sound fishy, right? These marketing gimmicks things could only create further doubts. But I do think the program will help me to know-how to promote my e-learning, e-book and trading classes.

I attended Chart-Nexus(RM4200+) course on technical-analysis last year. I am NOT a promoter for ChartNexus as they DO NOT pay me a single cent la. The software is good, no doubt. But it is too advance for ANY NORMAL people to learn in 4 days. You must be a genius to be able to grasp the concepts of trading using those indicators in days? Well, I hv gained back the fees I paid last May.

This year I am too busy with my works and tradings. Also, learning to generate some income. So, I did not attend any courses except a few talks and chert-nexus meetings IF I am 'free'. Nope, I seldom have the luxury of free time.

So, I am investing RM3200 to improve further my financial mindset ... to aINVEST in myself, to improve and acquire some knowledge is more imporant to me. Dont worry about the fees, I could gain back soon next year. Hehe

e-learning : Currently I have reached 30 of them. ANother 20 to go ... and I have to use some chanel to promote my e-learning of technical analysis. Yes, you can be good(and cheap) but if you are un-known for those do not read blogs(or my blog) will not know about my e-learning. Some knew about it, will you help me to promote to your friends? How do I pay you some commision for promoting for me? Thanks.

stock-watch : I am only charging RM30 per month for those interested to know what stock I am stalking and with intetion to buy at what level, and then sell at what prices for profits(or losses). If you could really follow, you will earn back your RM30 too easily, right? Up to you to decide on your own trades. Trade at your own risk.

I do need to learn more about e-marketing in order to be able to access to more serious readers, who may be interested with my 'services. Let me know ... let others to know. Thanks.

I am too tired tonight, out from 7am till 11pm. Tired.

Night

Your attendence of internet maketing looks interesting like the Cash Siphon which works like a parasite grown on the tree. Nowadays ppl are focusing on "Getting Rich fast" (just like the stock market)and they are telling their secrets ways of using programmess 'indirectly" siphoning the commissions or advertising page clicks. This is just like the olden days that a nmuber of old and uneducated man/woman get cheated like buying a "stone" which can turn into "GOLD" overnight. Likewise this is the concerpt that 'educated' persons are easily "cheated" and most probably they give you the programme or thumbdrive and installed in your computer and give you 2 or 3 days lectures and that is it. AS number of 'oomore' from overseas disguised themselves attending the course and they also saying that there are from overseas and coming to KL or S'pore to teach this internet marketing stuff. Two months ago I attending the Asia Internet Congress held in a very prestige Hotel for 2 days whereby the organiser paid more that 30K for the rental and the meeting is free on registration. The guys do demonstrated the 8 different methods of Siphoning. At the end of the day, they generated more that RM27K and a mock cheque was being given to AREL foundation. It is just like a miracle but the bottom line is that you must have a good internet background and some programme technics. More that 30 people signed the course for 2 days cost about RM6,888 each. Whops......the organiser whack more RM200K for the 2 days course...without lunch given. Money is not easily to earn without sheer hard work. Compare a deceit woman doing a hard days work washing plates and a woman works in nightclub to entertain customers.

Hey, I really like your comment. Thanks. Yup, I do see people rushing to learn. I am attending a slowler one(LOL) such as how to create my own website, how to generate traffic to my site(my blog is pathetic ... ony 1,300 readers with AdSense only USD2 per day!! Haha). As such, the program I am attending will be different ... more practical for me. Yup, I believe in sheer hardwork and NOTHING comes easy. I am improving myself to use internet, pc, social media etc etc to promote my e-learning, e-book and such in future. You can be good but if you are un-known, you wont be doing good business too, right? I am still an educator, not a salesman. Trying hard to turn little hope into a dream? Haha. Thanks again

HI vivi ... my e-learning is RM300 la. But it is better if you have the time to learn. Learning is encouraged. that RM30 per month is for many of my readers who asked me what stock to look at and at what levels. So, I providing them the platform for them. I will prefer for novices to go for e-learning ... as you could learn how to fish, and not the fish given.

It is a sad case that a vast number of Cybertechnic students change their jobs simply due to the time when Dr. Mahatiar luanching the Vision 2020 and ICT multimedia Corridor. Sad to tell you that a number of our friends, fanmily children jump into the vagon to take up these courses and in the end a number of students ended up in other professions. Our Multimedia corridor died down and what is remains a few backdoor batch processing companies remains in Cyberjaya and a Cyberjaya Uni. Our country supposed to produce top class ICT students and now too much politicing the whole industries dies down but surviving. The overall ICT medical and processing "costs of production" are more expensive over here and that is why a number of medical reports being send to India by our local clinics for certified medical analysis reports at a friction of the local costs. Overall the taxpayers should not be burden with these inefficient systems. CPteh as a lecturer should feels that the burden of our future generation (students) and every year a waste number of U students (about 40K) are awating to seek jobs from the govt and most of the degrees are not fitted into what the industries want. Shall wait for the time Malaysia shall be the centre of learning as our PM said that we shall produces more wold class PHD in this country. Malaysia Boleh. Cherios

Yes, I have written about my grave concerns over the issue when I was 'teaching' un-employed graduates to re-learn. You wont believe it, I have 30+ students who were out of Uni for 2 years, unemployed and Gov FULLY SPONSERED them to be re-trained. They cant even write a sentence correctly in English. By the way, they are also taking pocket-money from Gov. Believe that? Some on scholarships or loans(Yayasan Sabah) but un-able to re-pay their loans. Yup, I will love to write about these again as it is close to my heart. Thx.

CPTeh:Since u hv been residence in Sabah for sometimes and do you know why the States suffer so much. In the 60's and 70's Sabah was one of the richest state as I still remember me mingled with a number of Sabahan during the interstates athletic events. At that time the cost of Cocacola is 30sen in KL but in Kinabalu was RM1.00 Such a properous states but today the immigrants are more than the local Sahahan and most of the Sahahan migrated over to West Malaysia due to employment and education. There are few employment and jobs in Sabah itself. Most of them have settled in the states especially Selangor states in Pandan Indah, Pandan Jaya, Maluri Areas. At the same time there are vast conversion of faith mainly due to the gummick given by the states to the poor and unsupported families. Who is to blame to this present situation........The greedy 2 to 3 Sahahan state assembly men the whole states collapse..and fall into another political party.......to late to regard and pondered. May God continue to chastise her people and forgiven the nation.
