Note : BIMB, HiapTeck, IJM, Digi, WTHorse and many more coming from them now ... good, with 30+ pairs of eyes, we could certainly have better scope in our stalking. Slowly I will share with them to place stalk-list and tracking.

So, this is what I am seeing ... some of them never check on charts, today they know how to start to analyse. From those never know what to do when they want to buy or sell, today they are learning, sharing and improving well. Some are more detailed, some are just in brief ... it is very OK. Given time, I do not need to look at my list as they will come out the list to share togther!!

This small improvement I see in some of them motivated me to teach a little further. Yes, we need to guide and let them have time to grow. We all learn at different pace ... another 3-6 months later, I will like to see that we are in a group to grow -n- share.

That is called satisfaction, in my terms. Can money really buy me that? I do know many of them will treat me lunch or dinners!! Haha.

Improvement only comes from those who want to learn. I could never be able to teach those reluctant to learn, those know-all ... learning do takes two ways.
