Mr Ooi has been managing my investment account satisfactorily in the last 10 years and whenever I want to buy or sell shares, I would consult him. He is acting like my sounding board. I must admit my biggest mistake in my life in buying too much JAKS with margin finance despite his objection.

In view of coming bullish market in Malaysia in 2019, this is a good time for me to write my recommendation to encourage more people let him manage their investment.

Brief profile of Mr Ooi:

1. Mr Ooi’s profile as above

2. Mr Ooi’s track record on stock selection criteria

Below is my stock selection criteria, I want you to remember this keyword "UBS GMF".

TA comes first

U - Up trending stock - I prefer Cross 200-day SMA

B - Breakout chart - Break above major resistance line

S - Sector to focus - Bullish and up trending sector

FA comes second

G - Growth > 10% per year

M - Margin of safety > 30%

F -  Forecast current year EPS must be better than previous year EPS

3. Below are my performance for last 6 years

2013 - 104% ROI

2014 - 61% ROI

2015 - 129% ROI

2016 - 22% ROI

2017 - 87% ROI

2018 - (42%) ROI

From 2013 to 2017

I end up with almost 16 times my original investment value. CAGR or Compounded Annual Growth Rate is 76.56% over a period of 5 years which is very impressive.

The aforesaid performance confirmed that my stock selection criteria works well in KLSE for last 5 years. I do not need to change my stock selection criteria, I need to follow it very religiously

4. How I can catch high performance stock

I had designed a technical chart system partnered with Chartnexus, this system will enable me to screen and catch the below stocks.

a. Breakout above major resistance trend line

b. New high stock

Once I view the technical chart of a stock is bullish, I will use my FA template to ensure this stock passed my strict FA selection crieria.

I emphasize more on the followings for FA selection criteria.

a. High growth

b. PER is less than 10

c. EV/EDIT is less than 8

d. Low debt

The aforesaid method will enable me to catch all best performing stocks listed in KLSE.

5. Working hard and with honest attitude

•        I worked very hard everyday, I spend at least 12 hours a day to do my analysis on stocks including week ends.

•        I worked with honesty, I will ensure my recommendation is very good with all facts and figures, the analysis is very detail and supported by TA and FA.
