TASHIN: 30% return from 50 sen to 65 sen now
Reason 1: It is in the right industry which is booming now, SHIPPING INDUSTRY
What is HARBOUR doing ? It is a shipping company. Check out its website https://www.harbour.com.my/shipping-marine-services/
It is involved in the container shipping sector connecting shipping routes to many Asia countries such as India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Thailand, China, Philippines, Japan and South Korea. It has other businesses in logistics sector but earnings contribution are small.
Do you know that Freight Rates have just broken a new high ???
Reason 2: Latest December quarter results is up 30% QoQ
As shown below, HARBOUR made RM12.2m net profit or 3.05 sen EPS in December-2020 quarter. The Company benefited from rise in the freight rates. As container shipping rate is now at record high, their 2H2021 result should be better than 1H2021.
Reason 3: It is worth RM1.45 (61% Upside !!!)
3.05 sen EPS in Dec-2020 quarter (2QFY21) means FY22 easily can make 3.05 * 4 = 12.2 sen EPS. This is not aggressive because freight rates still in increasing trend.
12x PE on FY22 EPS of 12.2 sen = 12 * 12.2 = RM1.45
This is around 61% higher than current share price using current share price of 90 sen.

This counter has been in the uptrending mode since last year, and the trend is back again this few day, the target price of 1.45 is realistic.
