Roller coaster ride after finalisation of GE15 with market surge & fall in 2 days. Can be scary to many retail investors seeing KLCI down 1.02% on Friday, worrying that “Mr Teddy Bear” is coming back.
We share the same fear like everyone until we analyse some major stocks at the end of the day. We find some stock’s volume transacted on Friday is mainly traded at the price bottom. From our analysis point of view, these volumes are more towards a form of support or a sign of bottom & some even have signs of rebound.
Our analysis principle is to keep everything simple with rational & logical interpretation of the big boys intention with price & volume transaction data. If there is a true selling pressure, the intraday stock price should drop lower instead of maintaining at the same price level like below.
From the stocks example, you can see there aren't any huge volumes created when the price falls. The high volumes generated when the price is traded at the bottom, so there are enough shares to support the price at this level. Which means the price fall is bottom with supporting force, but this only tells us the price is bottom not a sign of rebound.
However, some stocks are showing signs of rebound at the same time. To find stocks with signs of rebound we will need to monitor any volumes generated with price up. This is the technique we use to trade stocks at the bottom & take profit before the price retrace.
By simplifying your analysis, you can spot trading opportunities much easier & improve your trade timing much better than always getting trapped at the high price or not knowing what to do when price falls.

Although some stocks show signs of bottom & rebound after the Friday crash, doesn’t mean all stocks are going to rebound. However, it is not going to be that bad because there are still stocks that have trading opportunities at the moment.
Even if it is a bear market, as a trader we shouldn't be afraid of it. Because a trader’s job is to react to different market conditions & knows how to take advantage of every market cycle.
We will be using the above examples in our upcoming webinar. If you want to know the stocks we shared here & learn how to make profit in the stock market by identifying the big boys transaction data.

About Us
Malaysia's stock market is a unique market; hence it requires a customized trading approach to tackle & swerve. Many existing traders in Malaysia apply a plug-and-play strategy from the overseas stock market, but it is not necessarily the best strategy to trade in KLSE. This is due to the difference in local and overseas stock market regulation and the size of market participants of institutional funds & retail investors.
“True traders react to the market.” is the backbone of our trading method. Our findings and strategies are developed through years of trading experience and observance of the operating style in Malaysia’s stock market.

It is not a bear market but simply profit taking by speculators and being cautious due to Anwar's proposal for a vote of confidence next month in Parliament. The real performance of KLSE will be known next year. Why? Because holiday season begins and result of vote of confidence will be known.
