WITH AirAsia rescheduling its domestic flights as many are returning home after a long Hari Raya Aidilfitri break, netizens took to social media to vent out against the budget airliner.

(Every AirAsia flight I take these days get rescheduled. My flight today itself got rescheduled twice. Making people anxious for no reason)

Echoing Amin’s sentiments, user Jae added:

(AirAsia is a pig. They simply reschedule without notice when I have planned everything ahead. People are getting angry)

Netizen Daniel Dan stated: “It’s common in Air Asia. Never expect that you’ll depart at the exact time you have checked in.”

Three days ago, AirAsia apologised for domestic flight delays for over 10 hours during the long Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Labour Day holidays.

“AirAsia apologises to any guests who have been affected by a disrupted flight this past week as a result of significant demand during the peak Hari Raya travel period.

“As always, we did everything we could to minimise any disruption for our guests and to ensure everyone was able to get to where they are going as soon as possible during this important time of travel,” Malaysiakini reported AirAsia as saying.

However, it seems that the budget airliner was still having flight disruption issues until today.

On that note, several users poked fun at AirAsia for its continued issues, with some even jesting that its headquarters should have a name change.

(Since AirAsia is trending now, AirAsia perhaps can consider renaming itself from Capital A to Capital F)
