THE “BlackHorse Award: The Property Agents 2024” has been recently unveiled as a pioneering event that is set to transform the Malaysian real estate industry.

Poised to become a landmark event in Malaysia’s real estate calendar, the award combines educational challenge to elevate the standard of real estate professionals across the country.

“Participants will engage in a series of tasks designed to test their skills and expand their understanding of the real estate market,” revealed the BlackHorse Award’s master mentor and host Dr Daniele Gambero.

“This innovative challenge blends the competitive spirit of reality TV shows such as Shark Tank, Dragons’ Den and The Apprentice with structured professional development. Our goal is to elevate the skills and visibility of Malaysia’s most promising property agents.”

In a nutshell, the BlackHorse Award is driven by five key objectives:

All in all, participants will compete for a prize pool worth about RM1 mil which underscores the event’s commitment to rewarding excellence and ambition in the real estate industry.

The champion will receive RM100,000 in combination of cash and prizes while seven other finalists will receive RM30,000 in combination of cash and prizes. - Aug 10, 2024
