PUTRAJAYA: The Health Ministry will collaborate with the relevant authorities regarding the incident in Dungun, Terengganu where a woman, alleged to be mentally ill, rammed a sports utility vehicle into two motorcycles, resulting in the deaths of three students and serious injuries to one.

Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad said the ministry is ready to lend its expertise to the relevant investigative authorities.

"We will provide technical and medical opinions based on evidence when collaborating with the authorities on this matter," he said at a press conference after launching the national World Mental Health Day celebration here.

Dr Dzulkefly however said he would not comment further on the case as it is now under police investigation.
