BPlant selling land to Kulim Technology Park


BOUSTEAD Plantations Bhd (BPlant), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT)-controlled Boustead Holdings Bhd, is in talks to sell 1,200 acres of plantation land in Kulim, Kedah, to Kulim Technology Park Corp Sdn Bhd (KTPC), according to sources.

It is understood that the price tag being bandied about is RM7.50 to RM7.80 psf, or about RM400 million for all of the 1,200 acres.


RM400 Millions for 1,200 Acres

To get cost per acre divide Rm400 Millions by 1,200 Acres

= RM333,333 Per Acre

Phew!

Book Value of Bplant shows only Rm30,000 Book Value per acre (Refer Bursa For BPLANT ANNUAL REPORT)

Let's see by per centage how much

Divide Rm333,333 by Rm30,000

= 1,100%

So no point planting Palm oil any more.
What for?

Even if you can get 10% yield per year it will TAKE BPLANT 100 YEARS to Make 1,000%

So What Tok Mat Said is So True. No point planting palm oil on "Gold Mine" Lands

We know Bplant also sold more than 1,500 Acres to YTL POWER in Kulai to do Data Center and Solar Farm
And Bplant also sold lands (Over Rm800,000 per acre) to Ecoworld in Semenyih to build "New Township)

So we SEE ALL CLEARLY NOW

Palm Oil are Repurposed into

1) PALM OIL = HIGH TECH INDUSTRIAL PARK (KULIM)
2) PALM OIL = DATA CENTER (KULAI)
3) PALM OIL = SOLAR FARM EVERYWHERE IN MALAYSIA)
4) PALM OIL = NEW TOWNSHIP (Go Ask Scientex, Mah Sing, Matrix, KSL, Ecoworld & All Others)

AND THEY GET VERY HIGH PRICES NOW AS THERE WILL BE A COMING WAVE OF FDI FROM CHINA

WHY CHINA?

ANSWER:

BECAUSE DONALD TRUMP WILL KEEP HIS ELECTION PROMISE: HE MADE CRYPTO PRICE SKYROCKET UP
