He stated his career as Corporate Planner in 1981 and he was also involved in Management Consultancy and Marketing Manager for various property companies. In August 1988, he was instrumented in the setting up of Top Glove's Factory 1, which was subsequently leased to Top Glove Sdn. Bhd. He returned to serve as an Assistant General Manager with Arab Malaysian Development Bhd. from 1990 to 1996 and is presently involved in the real estate and property development sector.
