Currently, Chryseis Tan is a Director and Chairman of Natural Avenue Sdn Bhd ("NASB"), a subsidiary of Berjaya Assets Berhad since 1 August 2014. NASB is the exclusive agent for Sarawak Turf Clubs Special Cash Sweep Number Forecast Lotteries in Sarawak. Presently, Chryseis Tan is an Executive Director of Berjaya Land Berhad and Berjaya Assets Berhad and a Non-Executive Director of Berjaya Food Berhad. She is also the Head of Marketing for Four Seasons Hotel and Hotel Residences Kyoto, Japan, a hotel and residences development project undertaken by Berjaya Kyoto Development (S) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary company of Berjaya Corporation Berhad. Chryseis Tan also a Director in several other private limited companies in the Berjaya Corporation group of companies namely, RC Residence Sdn Bhd (fka Wangsa Tegap Sdn Bhd), Bukit Tinggi Tours Sdn Bhd and BTR Leisure Sdn Bhd etc.

She is a daughter of Tan Sri Dato' Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun, a major shareholder of the Company, her brother, Dato' Sri Robin Tan Yeong Ching is the Deputy Chairman of the Company. Her sister, Nerine Tan Sheik Ping, an Executive Director of the Company.
