Working Experience
More than 25 years of experience in financial management, financial shared services, ERP system implementation, cost & budgetary control, human resources management in manufacturing industries. Madam Yong joined Mi International Pte Ltd as the Financial Controller and promoted to General Manager in January 2019. She involved heavily in the floatation process and successfully brought the Group from private to IPO in June 2018. Madam Yong was appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer in March 2019, a position she held and subsequently pathed way for succession on 30 June 2022. During her tenure, she was primarily responsible for the overall financial management, corporate affairs, treasury, control functions and budgeting of the Group.
