Madam Pang is an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators since 2002. She has over 20 years of experience as a Company Secretary in public practice and public listed companies. Madam Pang began her career in March 1999 as an Assistant Company Secretary in a management firm and subsequently joined Signet & Co. Sdn Bhd as a Senior Secretarial Assistant until May 2002. She later joined several public listed companies for corporate and commercial exposure. Madam Pang was also previously the in-house Company Secretary of Panasonic Manufacturing Malaysia Berhad for more than 6 years, prior to joining TMF Administrative Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd as Manager of Corporate Services from August 2011 to March 2014. During her years of services, she had been involved in secretarial practices, corporate exercises, advisory and compliance with various regulatory authorities. Madam Pang is currently the Founding Director and Chartered Secretary of JMMS Corporate Services Sdn Bhd., mainly attending to the corporate secretarial, corporate advisory and corporate governance matters of the clients. She currently sits on the Board of The World Brands Foundation, a public company limited by guarantee, and several private companies.
