Mr Lee Yeow Seng ("Mr Lee") is a barrister-at-law from the Bar of England & Wales by Inner Temple. Mr Lee has served at the London and Singapore offices of a leading international financial services group for approximately two (2) years prior to joining IOI Group. Since joining IOI Group, he had been actively involved in corporate affairs and general management within IOI Group prior to the demerger and listing of IOI Properties Group Berhad ("IOIPG"). Mr Lee joined the Board of IOIPG on 25 February 2013 as Executive Director and held the position of Chief Executive Officer of IOIPG from 8 January 2014. He was subsequently redesignated to Executive Vice Chairman of IOIPG on 15 April 2020. Mr Lee was also appointed the Executive Director of IOI Corporation Berhad on 3 June 2008 and was subsequently re-designated to Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 18 December 2013.

Lee Yeow Seng, Dato' Lee Yeow Chor and Lee Yoke Har are members of the immediate family. Lee Yeow Seng and Dato' Lee Yeow Chor, both are also the major shareholders of IOIPG through Vertical Capacity Sdn Bhd ("VCSB").
