Mr. Ding JianPing is primarily responsible for the business strategy and development, management of the financial affairs, overall administrative management and operations of the Group. He joined the Group since its inception in 1992 and has been instrumental in the expansion of the Groups business to its current status. He has more than thirty (30) years of experience in the shoe manufacturing industry. In 1981, he started his career as a sales supervisor under the employment with Fujian Jinjiang Jiangtou Leather Factory No. 10. From 1984 to 1987, he worked as a sales director in Jiangtou Nanfang Leather and Fabric Shoes Factory. From 1988 to 1992, he worked as a factory manager in Jiangtou Nanfang Leather and Plastics Factory. His vast experience in the shoe manufacturing industry is integral to the Groups success and growth in the industry. He has been the Deputy President of Russia China Minnan Commerce Association since 2006.
