He is a chartered accountant by profession and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation, a Chartered Accountant (Malaysia) and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, UK (now part of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, UK). He was also formerly the Head of Corporate Services Division of a "Big 4" accounting firm in Kuala Lumpur for over 10 years.

Mr Yeoh is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation, Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He possesses more than 25 years of experience in audit, tax, consulting and corporate secretarial practice.
