Mr. Yeoh is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation, a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

YEOH CHONG KEAT is a Chartered Accountant and Public Accountant and is currently in practice as President/CEO of Archer Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, Archer Tax Services Sdn Bhd and Archer Consulting Group Sdn Bhd.
He is also a licensed auditor practicing under the Firm of C.K. Yeoh & Co., Public Accountants.
Mr Yeoh trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK with a "Big 5" Firm and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England & Wales, Fellow Member of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation and Member of Malaysian Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr Yeoh has been in practice since his return from the UK in 1982 and he was formerly the Head of the Corporate Secretarial Division of a "Big 5" Firm in Kuala Lumpur where he developed that practice into one of the leading corporate secretarial practices in Malaysia.
All in all, he has had over 22 years' experience with a "Big 5" Firm in the United Kingdom and Kuala Lumpur in audit tax consulting, corporate rescues and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and corporate secretarial work with clients ranging from family companies to public listed companies and multinational corporations.
Mr Yeoh is the company secretary of a number of public listed companies and he sits on the Board of a Public Listed Company.
