Encik Izaddeen started his career at Ernst & Young in 1993 and later built his career in investment banking to become Senior Manager of Affin Merchant Bank. In 1999, he joined Permodalan Nasional Berhad. His last post was Assistant Vice President, Investment Services. In 2007, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of ASM Investment. In 2008, he was appointed as the Managing Director of MARA Incorporated. He then relinquished his position in 2009.
He was appointed to the Board of University Utara Malaysia and Johor Corporation as an Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Board. He also sat on the board of several public listed companies namely XOX Berhad, IWCity Berhad and Ranhill Holdings Berhad. He was a Deputy Chairman of BSN Corporation, a company within BSN Bank Group and was also sat on the board of several subsidiary companies of GLCs, among others were Iskandar Investment Berhad, Desaru Development Corporation, Iskandar Waterfront Holding and Permodalan Darul Takzim.
He is currently holding several positions namely Executive Chairman of E&E Gas Sdn Bhd and Group Executive Chairman of Alkalife Sdn Bhd.
