Upon graduating, Mr. Khor was offered an engineer's position by Intel Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. His roles and responsibilities on the production floor included industrial engineering time study, demand-supply forecast programming, production yield and process improvements. Given his astute analytical skills, he was then promoted to a senior process development engineer role - one which involved process research and development (R&D), specializing in semiconductor assembly and tests technology for PBGA packaging.
In 2004, he decided to take on a new challenge and joined Intel Microelectronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a division marketing engineer in the company's Embedded Communication Computing Group (ECCG) division. His last position held was Intel marketing manager, he was responsible for marketing embedded technology in the China and Asia-Pacific region, working closely with MNCs, OEMs & ODMs corporations. He was part of the Malaysian Development Economic Corporation's (MDEC) program 'Grow the Tech Sector' which promoted embedded technology under the country's Economic Transformation Program (ETP).
In 2012, he became the Founder and Managing Director of Metro Green Adventure Sdn Bhd., a company specialising in eco-friendly initiatives, educational, coaching and 'Building Future' programs for the corporates and the educational institutions. In addition to his directorship in the Company, he currently holds directorship in other private limited companies.
