Dato Sri Michael Yeoh Sock Siong was appointed to the Board of Directors of YTL Cement Berhad on 1 September 1985 and served as an Executive Director until 29 June 2018 when he was redesignated as the Managing Director. Dato' Sri Michael Yeoh is primarily responsible for the YTL Groups manufacturing division which activities involve cement manufacturing and other building material industries. He serves as an Executive Director of YTL Corporation Berhad, YTL Power International Berhad and YTL Land & Development Berhad, all of which are listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. He also sits on the boards of other public companies such as YTL e-Solutions Berhad and YTL Industries Berhad, and a private utilities corporation, YTL PowerSeraya Pte Limited in Singapore.
