Mr. Foo is a Member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. He is also an approved company auditor under Section 263 of the Companies Act, 2016.
In 1987, Mr. Foo joined and served his articleship with an international firm of chartered accountants. From 1993 to 2006, he was with a local accounting firm with international affiliation. He is currently in public practice.
Mr. Foo is presently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Padini Holdings Berhad, holding the position as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Nominating Committee.
Mr. Foo is also currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Tatt Giap Group Berhad and holds the position as Chairman of Audit Committee and also a Member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
