Datuk Siw career started as the Municipal Councillor of Kangar, Perlis from 1993 -1998. Later in 1999 she was appointed as Special Assistant to YAB Menteri Besar Perlis before she became a Senator in 2002.
During her tenure as Senator, she represented the Siamese Community in Parliament before her term ended in 2008. She was also the Former President of Malaysian Siamese Association (formerly called Thai Association) from 2002
2012.
She is currently Umno Padang Petani Branch Chairman.
She had involved in businesses and was a Regional Director of Bina Puri (Thailand) Ltd and Director to a few private limited companies. She is currently the Executive Director of Bina Puri South (Thailand) Ltd.
She is also actively participated in various Non-Governmental Organization and currently shes the President of both Yayasan Orang Siam Malaysia and Yayasan Chalong Roschinda.
